About the mill

We are a fabric manufacturer, not a trading company. Everything on this site — the lead times, the MOQs, the certifications — describes a facility we own and run.

Our history

  • 1995 — founded as a weaving mill; yarn dyeing, piece dyeing, printing and finishing added over the following decades
  • Since then — yarn dyeing, piece dyeing, printing, finishing and knitting brought in-house, forming one continuous production chain rather than a chain of suppliers
  • Certification — OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, GRS, GOTS, OCS and BCI
  • Audited by — Zara and Target factory audit programmes
  • Today — 45,000 m², 1.5 million metres a month, exporting to the United States, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia

How we work

  • We publish our numbers. MOQ, lead time and capacity are on the site, not hidden behind a form.
  • We say no. If a specification is outside our capability, we tell you in the first email.
  • We answer in your hours. Bangladesh and European business hours.
  • One accountable person. Every programme has a named merchandiser from sample to shipment.
Why we publish the customers who audit us: it is the only claim on this site that a buyer can check without our cooperation. Anyone can print a certificate logo; only a factory that has been walked through gets to name the buyer.
Legal identity

One entity, two names

Our brand name and our registered legal name are not identical. This page exists so that nothing about that is hidden.

What each name appears on

  • Garden Textile — this website, our email domain, day-to-day correspondence
  • Nantong Huayuan Textile Co., Ltd. — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs filings, letters of credit and certificate of origin
  • Same company. The persona is not a subsidiary, an agent or a trading company acting in between.

Why it matters to you

  • Certificates are issued to the legal name. OEKO-TEX, GRS, GOTS, OCS and BCI list Nantong Huayuan Textile Co., Ltd. as the certificate holder. Check the number against that name.
  • Factory audits are filed under the legal name. The Zara and Target audit records sit against the same registered entity.
  • Bank details carry the legal name. When we send a pro forma invoice, the beneficiary will read Nantong Huayuan Textile Co., Ltd.. That is expected, not a mismatch.

Our certificates, audit records and export documents are issued to our registered entity, Nantong Huayuan Textile Co., Ltd. — the same company that trades as Garden Textile. Ask for the certificate number and check it against that name.
