Inside the mill

Capacity figures, equipment and quality process. These are the numbers a buying house checks before it sends you an RFQ, so we publish them rather than make you ask.

Since 1995

In-house yarn dyeing, weaving, piece dyeing, printing and finishing — one continuous line, not a chain of suppliers.

45,000 m²

Single site. Yarn dyeing, weaving, piece dyeing, printing and finishing under one roof — a lot change does not become a shipping delay.

1.5 million m

Finished fabric per month, across yarn-dyed, piece-dyed, printed and synthetic lines.

Six stages, in line

Yarn dyeing, weaving, piece dyeing, printing, finishing and knitting — run in sequence on our own equipment, not bought in from traders.

Quality process

1

Grey inspection

Incoming yarn and grey fabric checked before dyeing.

2

Lab dip

Colour approved against your standard before bulk dyeing begins.

3

In-line QC

Shade, weight and width monitored during production, not after.

4

Final inspection

4-point system inspection; report shared before shipment.

5

Third party

Independent inspection welcome — SGS, Intertek, BV or your own QC team.

Customer audits

An audit pass is not a certificate we bought. It is a buyer’s own team having walked this floor, checked our records and signed off. Two of them have:

Zara

Factory audit programme completed. Social, quality and traceability records reviewed on site.

Target

Factory audit programme completed. Social, quality and traceability records reviewed on site.

Still to be filled by the mill: loom count, dyeing vessel count, QC headcount and annual output. These are the four numbers a buying house asks for first. We left them empty rather than estimate them — ask us directly and we will answer with the real figure.
