Buyers tell us the same thing: they choose the supplier who answers first and answers completely. A quote with only a unit price is not an answer. Here is exactly what we send.
Response timeline
Within 1 working day — A written reply — not an auto-acknowledgement. A named merchandiser, not a shared inbox.
In that first reply — Tiered price range, minimum per colour and per construction, lead time band, and what we need from you next.
Within 3 days — Swatch card dispatched, free of charge, if the specification is close enough to judge.
Before sampling — A written list of the risks we see in your specification. If a target is not achievable, you hear it now, not after bulk.
What a complete reply contains
Price by quantity tier, in USD, with the basis stated (FOB, CFR or CIF)
Minimum order quantity, stated separately per colour and per construction
Lead time band for sampling and for bulk, with the current production slot
Payment terms and whether we can work under a back-to-back LC
Certificates we hold, with numbers and validity — OEKO-TEX, GRS, GOTS, OCS, BCI
Test standards we can work to, and which ones your market requires
What we ask from you
Composition, target weight, width and end use
Colour standard — Pantone TCX reference, or a physical swatch
Quantity, even as a range
Destination market, so we can flag compliance and origin rules
A tech pack if you have one. If you do not, a photo and a description is enough to start.
